Shipping Insurance
We take responsibility for the delivery and risks until the goods reach the customer. If we transfer the delivery risk to the customer once the goods are handed . If this is the case, the customer bears the risk during transportation.
Shipping Method
- Standard Shipping: This is the most common and usually the slowest method. Delivery time can vary, but it typically takes a 1-3 working days depending on the distance.
- Express Shipping: Faster than standard shipping, express shipping guarantees quicker delivery, usually within 24 hours. Charges may vary on the respected location.
- Same-Day Delivery: Within Kathmandu Valley and same day delivery outside valley via air shipping.
- International Shipping: Shipping to another country generally takes longer, especially when customs processes are involved. It can range from a few days to several weeks, depending on the destination.
